I’ve been there twice! one to drink a glass and other to eat waffles ! Both were good experiences the waffle amazing crispy on the outside and tender in the inside ! The cappuccino was good the limonade they serve so yummy the service is fast and nice. One of the best café bar stops in Saint Nazaire ! Such a nice view as a bonus !

First brunch weekend, I didn’t want to miss it! The menu of the week was already delicious, greed pushed me on this rainy Sunday... I had two savory waffles, and a sweet bowl, a cocktail and a large cream. Everything was perfect, the guacamole, the combination of textures and flavors was perfect! It’s as beautiful as it is delicious! Fresh and light cocktail, The service is fast and pleasant, the place is very well located, and on this rainy Sunday it was the ideal place to start reading a book found on their “book hut” shelf.

Nous y sommes allés un lundi après-midi calme. Le temps était incertain, mais comme le soleil commençait à poindre, nous nous sommes installés en terrasse et avons profité de la vue sur la plage et la marée montante. Nous avions visité la base sous-marine de Saint-Nazaire et le sous-marin Espadon plus tôt dans la journée et souhaitions nous offrir une petite douceur au bord de la plage. Nous sommes tombés sur La Fabrik et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le personnel était vraiment adorable et attentionné et parlait anglais. Nous avons opté pour le menu sucré, qui comprenait des gaufres fraîches et diverses glaces, mais il y avait aussi un bon menu salé. Mon mari a choisi une gaufre au caramel beurre salé avec un supplément de chantilly, tandis que j'ai opté pour la glace à l'italienne, qui m'a rappelé mes vacances d'enfant. La gaufre était légèrement croustillante à l'extérieur et moelleuse à l'intérieur. Nous avons aussi pris des chocolats chauds- vraiment délicieux et faits avec une sauce chocolat plutôt que de la poudre. Un vrai délice! Les prix étaient vraiment abordables compte tenu de l'emplacement et de la qualité des plats. C'était un endroit et un cadre vraiment agréables. We went on a quiet Monday afternoon. The weather was unpredictable, but as the sun began to rise, we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view of the beach and the incoming tide. We had visited the Saint-Nazaire submarine base and the Espadon submarine earlier in the day and wanted to treat ourselves to a little treat by the beach. We came across La Fabrik and were not disappointed. The staff were really lovely and attentive and spoke English. We opted for the sweet menu, which included fresh waffles and various ice creams, but there was also a good savory menu. My husband chose a salted caramel waffle with extra whipped cream, while I opted for the soft serve ice cream, which reminded me of my childhood holidays. The waffle was slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also had hot chocolates - really delicious and made with chocolate sauce rather than powder. A real treat! The prices were really affordable considering the location and the quality of the food. It was a really nice place and setting. We will return on our next visit!

Nous nous sommes arrêtés par hasard suite à un déplacement professionnel . Pas déçu. Endroit sympathique Le petit bémol, l'absence de pain lors du déjeuner. Il n'y en a pas tout simplement .... A proximité de la plage

Les serveurs (ses) sont souriants et très agréable. Le service est rapide La formule gaufre + dessert + boisson à 13,50€ est parfaite pour manger rapidement (petit supplément pour le choix de la bière blanche, non signalé par le serveur). Les gaufres sont garnies avec différents choix saumon, bœuf… Tout était excellent, je recommande vivement.

The servers are friendly and very pleasant. The service is fast. The waffle + dessert + drink deal for €13.50 is perfect for a quick bite (a small surcharge for the choice of white beer, which the server didn't mention). The waffles are topped with a variety of salmon, beef, and more. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend it.
